Job Description

Sr. Customer Care Representative. Fully Onsite | Manufacturing Company.

San Fernando, CA (ONSITE, in office)
Pay: $24-25/hr

Primary Purpose:
Manage and process customer orders accurately from start to finish, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting team operations.

Key Duties:

  • Enter and manage purchase orders (email/EDI).
  • Monitor order progress and resolve problems quickly.
  • Communicate order status and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support Sales and act as backup to Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Train/mentor team members and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain strong communication, organization, and judgment under deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years customer service experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or order fulfillment.
  • Strong problem-solving, math, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; advanced Microsoft Excel; ERP experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, follow through, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience training or leading others is a plus.
